Trails of Wilton

Trails of Wilton is a community hiking series sponsored by Wilton Library that offers guided walks through Wilton's diverse open spaces, preserves, and natural areas. Participants meet at Wilton Library and set out together on a featured trail, with hikes held monthly, rain or shine. Each outing highlights a different Wilton preserve or open-space property, allowing participants to explore the town's natural resources one trail at a time. Walks are co-led by Whitney Beaman, Executive Director of the Wilton Land Trust, and Dearta Logu Fusaro, local author and naturalist, who share insights into the area's history, ecology, and conservation efforts. Programs are free, family-friendly, and designed to be accessible for hikers of all experience and fitness levels.
